How it’s scaled
  • Footprint, 9 m column grid and the setbacks at the 7th and 10th floors are measured from the architects’ floor plans against their scale bars.
  • Position and ~3° rotation come from the site location plan overlaid on OpenStreetMap, accurate to about ±3–5 m.
  • Ground, mezzanine and 11 office floors with official areas. ≈59 m overall; floor-to-floor heights are derived from the 2.825 m floor-to-ceiling.
